About Me

Hello! My name is Cassie, and I am a 20-something recent college grad with my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Biblical Studies from a Christian university. I have been a book nerd since I was young, and continue to devour books as if my life depends on it. When I’m not reading, you can find me singing songs from my favorite Broadway shows, cross-stitching, or writing.

This blog started as a way for me to put my thoughts about the books I read down on paper, but it has become much more. Not only has it developed and cultivated my love for writing, but it has also become a way for me to share my thoughts with my readers and get to know other book bloggers in this online community.

  1. Oh my… We have one MAJOR thing in common: Jane Eyre! It’s my all-time favorite book. In fact, I have a special collection of Jane books, one for each milestone in my two-year publication journey. For each step closer to my dream, my sons and I would go to the bookstore, buy a new copy, and number it in the inside cover (noting the milestone). We have 17 of them. I just had to comment because you’re a girl after my own heart! Bless you. : )

    1. I LOVE that you collect Jane books, Kristy! It sounds like your bookstore trips became a tradition, and I love it! And it sounds like you have quite the collection! I recently bought a nice hardback version of Jane Eyre with the most beautiful cover, and it makes me smile just thinking about it. So glad you decided to comment 🙂
